Return of the Great Pumpkin

Yes, that’s right.  Time for the annual walk down memory lane.  Time for this mother to sit and sob into her coffee over how big her girls are getting.  I don’t seem to notice the inches as they appear day by day but when I see pictures that are years apart, the difference is astounding.  So here it is, the annual photo montage.

Here we are our first year, 2005, when Leina was only a 2 years old. Kulia was lugged around in the backpack and didn’t make it into the shot.

In 2006, Kulia joined in the fun. She was a wee thing but totally game. Can you believe how much Leina grew in just one year?!?!?

In the 2007 entry to our montage, it’s Kulia’s turn to amaze me with her growth spurt.

2008 arrived and suddenly, Leina looks like a little girl.  And, of course, Patches snuck into the photo.

This year?  Well, they continue to grow despite my commands to stay little.

Much fun was had at the farm.  There were quite a few animal sightings. Like…..

Of course they each found a pumpkin to bring home but even more fun was using the pumpkins for some bowling.

The kid’s a natural I tell you.  Eight pins down!

The hay maze was far too easy for the girls this year.  It was conquered with ease.

And finally, a quick slide or two to round out the day.  Did you know you can get even more speed if you sit on your sister?

No Hands!

Of course, all good things must come to an end.  But no long faces, I’m sure 2010 will be here before you know it!

So Long Until Next Year!
