Christmas Goodies

There were many great gifts under the tree this year for the girls.  Auntie Suzy provided two sweet hand-made dollies and Papa Mac provided the doll house.  It was a match made in heaven!  Amazingly enough, the dolls are the perfect size for the house which came with cute wooden furniture but no dolls.  Talk about kismet!  I couldn’t help myself and posed  the little dolls for a few shots.  They are just such fun to play with!  The lighting was horrible but hey, it’s winter in Oregon.  What do you expect?!?!?

This house has it all. A balcony for sunny weather, a sewing machine in the converted attic and a working elevator. How cool is that! Leina had decided it is also an animal house so she usually has a pack of cats, dogs, tigers, leopards roaming about. But I figure, if it makes her happy, why not?

The doll house and dolls are awesome! My mom would be soooo jealous – she loves playing with both and has the one that she made me when I was little. I, unfortunately for her, was never a big doll person and didn’t play with it too much. But Suzy’s dolls are great. I’m so impressed!
