Although it is only Thursday, I’m already planning for this weekend anxiously. \u00a0It’s time for the bi\/tri annual crafting weekend with Kat. \u00a0At first, this was a once a year thing but Kat and I have both buttered up our husbands to the point that it’s now more of a tri-yearly adventure. \u00a0This is very good. \u00a0This weekend is the big Christmas kick off. \u00a0I had such fun making presents last year, I’m going to try it again. \u00a0Sure, it takes more time but it’s much more fun to sit and create something than wander around a mall listening to Christmas muzak with a billion other suckers. \u00a0This weekend is also perfect timing because Kevin has been doing his crazy work schedule and I’m pretty burned out. \u00a0I can’t wait for some time to just be me instead of Mom or Wife for a while.<\/p>\n
The only drawback is I can’t really post pictures of what I’m making. \u00a0It would kind of ruin the surprise. \u00a0Needless to say, it is all incredibly well-crafted with no mistakes or goofy bits. \u00a0(Yeh, right!) \u00a0I’ll have to put together some sort of montage Christmas morning or something. \u00a0 Can’t wait to hit the road! \u00a0Come on Friday, don’t be shy!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
