{"id":982,"date":"2008-09-10T09:22:16","date_gmt":"2008-09-10T16:22:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.chrissierocks.org\/?p=982"},"modified":"2009-01-21T10:26:28","modified_gmt":"2009-01-21T17:26:28","slug":"my-hawaiian-family","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.chrissierocks.org\/?p=982","title":{"rendered":"My Hawaiian Family"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Aside from reading, I also got some good time with my Hawaiian family.\u00a0 It took a while for the girls to warm up to the horde of new people but once we got out the playdough, they were right in their element.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"vertical-align: middle; border: black 5px solid;\" src=\"\/pictures\/ohana08.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The only person missing from this picture is cousin Amy.\u00a0 (She&#8217;s behind the camera here.)\u00a0 She has a ture gift with children.\u00a0 They simply adore her.\u00a0 (See Kulia&#8217;s adoring gaze below.)<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"vertical-align: middle; border: black 5px solid;\" src=\"\/pictures\/amy.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Even stand-off Leina couldn&#8217;t get enough of her.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"vertical-align: middle; border: black 5px solid;\" src=\"\/pictures\/amy1.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>She is pretty cuddly if I don&#8217;t say so myself.\u00a0 Doesn&#8217;t Auntie Bonnie have the most beautiful backyard?\u00a0 It was the perfect backdrop for our photo session when Kulia wasn&#8217;t running around pretending to be a wild pig.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"vertical-align: middle;\" src=\"\/pictures\/auntie.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Don&#8217;t Auntie Bonnie and I look alike?\u00a0 I have fooled her neighbors and even used her driver&#8217;s license to get local discounts.\u00a0 Shhhh.\u00a0 Don&#8217;t tell anyone!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aside from reading, I also got some good time with my Hawaiian family.\u00a0 It took a while for the girls to warm up to the horde of new people but once we got out the playdough, they were right in their element.
