She&#8217;s actually started getting dressed in the morning, instead of lying around in her PJs all day.  I take that as a sign of recovery.  I think what brought her back from the brink were the oatmeal-raisin cookies I baked her on Wednesday.<br \/>\n<center><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.chrissierocks.com\/images\/cookies.JPG\"><br \/>\n<font size=\"1\">Don&#8217;t they look yummy!<\/font><\/center><\/p>\n<p>These are her favorite cookies and once she took a bite her whole aura got just a little brighter.  But then who isn&#8217;t happier biting into a fresh baked cookie?<\/p>\n<p>I think she will continue to milk this sickness for as long she can.  Now, when she can&#8217;t reach the TV remote sitting just a few inches out of reach, she&#8217;ll give a little cough and ask me to get up from across the room to hand it to her.  She doesn&#8217;t think I notice the gleeful smirk that appears when I turn around but I can see it out of the corner of my eye.  I&#8217;ll let her pretend for a couple more days.  Who doesn&#8217;t like a little extra pampering anyway?
