We have spent all day at our favorite beach, Ko’ Olina. \u00a0Eaten more Leonard’s malasadas – this time filled with warm chocolate (Liza, you would pass out!). \u00a0Swam with a three finned \u00a0sea turtle. \u00a0Hit the mall. \u00a0 Sent Kevin and the girls on a dusk beach walk where they watched a fisherman catch a small hammerhead shark right down from our house. \u00a0Resolved \u00a0not to go back in the water. \u00a0Eaten Yummy Korean BBQ. \u00a0Finished my first beach novel. \u00a0Had another giant shave ice with ice cream in the bottom. \u00a0Got sun burnt. \u00a0Taught Leina how to catch a wave. \u00a0Sat on the beach under the full moon watching the crabs scuttle across the sand by flashlight. \u00a0Laughed until it hurt watching my dad try to catch one. \u00a0Watched Leina crab hunt by flashlight and get one. \u00a0Played hana fuda with my grandpa under a pandana\u00a0tree.<\/p>\n
