It’s official.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Kulia is enrolled for her first (and only) year of preschool next year. \u00a0She’s not so happy about it and when informed of her \u00a0fate she replied, “but Mommy, I just a Baby!” \u00a0My thoughts exactly child. \u00a0My reticence is compounded by the fact that we held Leina back. \u00a0She started preschool when she turned 4. \u00a0Kulia, by comparison, is a whole year younger and seems so small. \u00a0I guess I have six more months to grow into the idea of Kulia going to school. \u00a0It all seems so soon really. \u00a0I mean, the child is still in a crib and wearing diapers. \u00a0How can she possibly be ready for school! \u00a0The up side is, every time I mention school, Kulia bemoans her baby status and then curls up in my lap with her Patches for a thumb sucking an a little mommy comfort. \u00a0I am so loving that mommy comfort part. \u00a0My baby still.<\/p>\n
